David Van Dyke, Assistant Head Student & Residential Life

Hello from Mr. Van Dyke in the Office of Student and Residential Life!

We're very excited to welcome students back to campus next week and to kick off another year on the hill!  Hopefully you received my Student Life Summer Update email a few weeks ago but in case you didn't, here are some reminders:

  • The deadline for enrollment in fall athletics (soccer, fitness club, cross-country and horseback riding) is Wednesday, August 30th.  Each is a fantastic opportunity to get active,  and have some fun! The fall athletic enrollment form is attached to this email.  We encourage all students to be as involved as possible!  You can find the form linked on the side.

  • If you haven't yet done so, please familiarize yourselves with the updated dress code and technology use policies. These policies can be found in the parent-student handbook.

  • The Hill Top Prep School Lunch Program, Yay Lunch, is now live and ready for orders.  Please see the link to the right if you'd like to enroll in the program.

  • We have one space available in the dorm for the coming year so if your student is interested in building the skills needed for independent living, this is a great way to go about it!

If you have any questions about the lunch program, athletics or the boarding program, please contact me.  Otherwise, we look forward to welcoming our students, new and returning next week to get the 2023-2024 year off to a great start!

Regards,
Dave Van Dyke
