Kathryn Phillips, Employability & Transition Department Head

Ms. Phillips is the Department Chair of the Employability and Transition program and has been with Hill Top since 2021. She holds a BA in English from Susquehanna University and a master’s degree in education from Gwynedd Mercy University. She teaches employability skills and supports students in their transition to life after Hill Top. She enjoys helping students develop their skills and confidence, preparing them for success in their future endeavors.
