Turn your Tax Dollars into Scholarships!

At Hill Top Preparatory School, we are dedicated to providing a specialized and supportive educational environment for neurodiverse learners. Our mission is to ensure that every student has the opportunity to thrive, regardless of their financial situation. Through the Pennsylvania Educational Improvement Tax Credit and Opportunity Scholarship Tax Credit programs, individuals and businesses play a crucial role in turning this vision into reality by supporting Hill Top Prep's Scholarship Fund.

What are the PA Educational Improvement Tax Credit (EITC) and
Opportunity Scholarship Tax Credit (OSTC) Programs?

The EITC-OSTC programs allow for individuals and businesses to direct up to 90% of their state tax liabilities to approved private schools like Hill Top Prep. By participating, you not only fulfill your tax obligations, but those same tax dollars have an immediate impact on the lives of underserved, neurodiverse learners who benefit from our individually designed, strengths-based approach and pioneering social-emotional curriculum. Choosing to direct your tax dollars to Hill Top Prep ultimately allows for us to award numerous tuition scholarships to deserving students each year!

"I support scholarships at Hill Top through PA's EITC Tax Program because it is a simple easy process and knowing the funds are available to qualifying families is another way to give back in some way.”

Thank you to this year’s EITC-OSTC supporters!

Participating in this program is more than a donation, it's an investment in the future of neurodiverse students.
