Hill Top Prep's Headmaster Thomas W. Needham enters his retirement at the end of the 2021-2022 school year after over four decades in the field of education. Needham stood at the helm of Hill Top Prep for the past 15 years, earning the respect and admiration of his students, staff, and the greater Hill Top community.
