Student Artist & The Plastic Renaissance

Today, the first ever Project Vortex Art Exhibit, “Student Artist & The Plastic Renaissance,” premiered in the John Robert Porter Design Studio and Gallery at the Carriage House at Hill Top. Five students created pieces entirely made from plastic found in everyday life. They were inspired to repurpose the plastic, instead of throwing it away. Each art piece was auctioned off and all proceeds will be donated to the Perkiomen Watershed Conservancy.
