Mental Health Awareness Design a Pen- Mentor Period on Thursday, 5/22 Students will join Mrs. Trusty in the Flex Space on Thursday for the wellness activity- Design/Build a Pen.
Mental Health Awareness Month May is Mental Health Awareness Month, a time dedicated to raising awareness, reducing stigma, and promoting well-being.
Throughout the month of May, the Clinical Team will be hosting a variety of optional activities during Mentor periods to help students explore wellness strategies in meaningful and engaging ways. These activities are designed to encourage self care.
Students are encouraged to check out the calendar that is posted around campus for information about the different activities including a bubble party, fitness sessions, mindful walk, relaxation, and crafting!
Soles4Souls’ Shoe Collection The Hill Top USSC is collecting new and gently used shoes. Donated shoes will be repurposed and distributed through Soles4Souls’, a micro-enterprise program that creates jobs in Haiti, Honduras and other developing nations. The program helps individuals start small businesses. Thank you in advance for your donations. There will be a container for shoes by the stairwell off the lobby.
Summer Adventures Summer is right around the corner — and there’s just one month left to register for Hill Top’s Summer Adventures programs!

This year, we’re excited to offer three amazing camps: Summer Adventures, a traditional day camp for grades 2-9; eSports & Technology, a competitive gaming camp for grades 6-12; and Pathways to Independence, an independent living skills camp for grades 10-post-grad. For the first time ever, the P2I program will implement the PEERS® social skills curriculum.
