School Store
Upper School Student Council, under the guidance of Jackson H, is excited to announce the grand reopening of the School Store this Friday during lunch. The School Store is stocked with snacks, from applesauce to chips, from fruit cups to Goldfish, as well as mac n cheese, Cup O Noodles, and PB&J muffins for those who might forget their lunch. Items in the store will range from $.50 - $2.00, with a three items per student limit each day.

Pi Day (3.14)
As you may know, tomorrow is March 14, Pi Day! In the spirit of celebrating this special day, the students of Hill Top will be provided their opportunity to exact their revenge upon the hard-working faculty and staff who work tirelessly to help those students grow toward the very best version of themselves. Tomorrow at break, every student present will be given 2 tickets to drop into the bag labeled with many of their teacher’s names. If students wish to improve their chances of having their name drawn from the bag (one name to be drawn from each bag), additional tickets will be sold 3 for $1 or .50 for 1. At Mentor period Thursday, all of Hill Top will gather outside on the lawn behind the mansion and “let the pi(s) fly!

Friday, at Community Meeting we will offer students the opportunity to recite memorized digits of pi. Our current record holder is Ben Schrieber at 106 digits of pi….

Hill Top Flower Show Exhibit
Hill Top's Horticulture class participated in the Garden Room Class (160) at the Philadelphia Flower Show. The students created a children's garden, complete with a swing and a dinosaur. Their hard work paid off! Their exhibit was awarded, The Penn Valley Garden Club Trophy for the Outstanding Blue Ribbon Winner of the week. The exhibit was also awarded with a class commendation given to the entire class for exceptional exhibits scoring above 90 points. Congratulations Hill Top Horticulture!

HawXpo 4/13
We will be holding our HawXpo event on Saturday, April 13th. This will be a large-scale event on campus that will celebrate pop culture and gaming to enhance social skills. It will have vendors, gaming and board competitions, speakers, panels, food trucks, and much, much more. In addition to our community, we have school, collegiate, and business partners that will be assisting and attending - watch for more info to come.

We will be offering students the opportunity to sell their artwork, crafts, products, etc. at HawXpo this year on Saturday, April 13th. There is no charge for Hill Top students to have a table, but we ask that you please complete this form so we can get a count. The deadline to sign up is March 15th!

Collecting Yearbook Artwork
Student artists are asked to submit a favorite art piece to Sophie B. at [email protected] or Mrs. Seyfried at [email protected]. The artwork will be considered for the 2023-2024 yearbook! An email will be sent out to students with more details.
