Fun Friday-10/20 Sign up Deadline is 10/13
On Friday, October 20, we will be visiting the Halloween Nights at Eastern State Penitentiary in Philadelphia. This attraction includes not one, but 5 different haunted experiences.
Cost of the trip is $75 and includes a Halloween pizza party after school, bus transportation and supervision.
Trip details:
Because Eastern State doesn't open until the evening, we will spend time on campus from dismissal until our bus transportation at 5:30. We will serve pizza and drinks, and have some Halloween fun.
We anticipate being back on campus by 9:15 pm.
The Halloween Nights at Eastern State Penitentiary are sensory immersive experiences and significantly scarier than haunted attractions we've attended in the past. Please consider whether it is appropriate for your student. It is very difficult to "opt out" of any of the attractions as we will be traveling through them as a group.

LGBTQ History Month
LGBTQ History Month is an annual observance that takes place in October.
Today is National Coming Out Day and Saturday, 10/21 is International Pronoun Day. In order to highlight these significant dates, SAGA will be selling Safe Space & Pronoun Pins as a fundraiser at lunch. The pins cost $1 & $2, and are designed by Rae N.
