Hill Top Calendar Update!
We will have a Head of School Holiday on Friday, May 26th. It will be in conjunction with the already scheduled Memorial Holiday Weekend. School will be closed on Friday the 26th through Monday the 29th, reopening on Tuesday, May 30th.

Spring Brew @ Hill Top- Friday @ 6:00 pm
Friday evening May 12th is Hill Top’s Annual Spring Festival of the Arts, “Spring Brew”! Come support and appreciate the student artists and performers at Hill Top.

6:00-6:30 Reception
View student art works on display in the foyer, large and small commons as well as outdoor art installations.

6:30-7:00 House band performance
Weather permitting, the House band will perform outside in the outdoor classroom.
Enjoy the outdoor art displays from the Clay Studio 2022 and Lace in the Moon 2023.

7:15-8:15 Performance

“Thrill on the Hill”- 5/20/23
Registration for the 12th annual “Thrill on the Hill” 5K Challenge is now open! The Thrill is scheduled for Saturday, May 20nd at 9am. Whether you're a runner, walker or just want to be a part of something special, The Thrill is for you! All students, faculty, families and friends of Hill Top are encouraged to join us! You should have received an email already about how to register or become a sponsor for the Thrill but you can also follow this link to the Event Homepage for registration and donation information.

Lap Challenge
The annual “Lap Challenge” is underway. Students may walk the hill during lunch time every day leading up to the Annual Thrill on the Hill 5K Run/Walk. Until May 20th, students will be challenged to walk 100 laps around the driveway during lunch time. Students who meet this goal will have their names added to a gift card drawing at the Thrill on May 20th. They'll need to be registered and present to be eligible.

Prom News
Mr. Sedgwick thanked all the students who attended prom last Friday. He gave a special thanks to the faculty chaperones: Mrs. Shallow, Mrs. Fox, Mr. Weldie, Ms. Kroberger, and Mrs. Gillespie.

Mr. Sedgwick gave an honorable mention to Alistair K for being on the dance floor the entire evening. And, this year’s Friday Night Fever Dance Award goes to Ed S!

May is Mental Health Awareness Month
Don't forget to stay healthy physically AND mentally. The Clinical Team has a variety of things planned to help spread awareness including fun activities on Tuesday, May 23th.

Alumni Parent Panel
Mrs. Gillespie announced the post-Covid return of our Alumni Parent Panel. This is an evening program for parents and responsible adults to hear from past parents about their students' experiences - good, bad, and ugly - after Hill Top.
