Gift Acceptance Policy

Hill Top Preparatory School solicits and accepts gifts that are consistent with its mission.

Hill Top Preparatory School provides life-changing experiences for bright and creative students who struggle to achieve academic and social success due to performance-based learning differences including ADHD, high functioning Autism Spectrum Disorders, specific learning disabilities, or anxiety. Through strong family-school collaboration Hill Top prepares students for future success in college, work, and life as independent adults.

Donations will generally be accepted from individuals, partnerships, corporations, foundations, government agencies, or other entities, without limitations.

In the course of its regular fundraising activities, Hill Top Preparatory School will accept donations of money, real property, personal property, stock, and in-kind services.

Certain types of gifts must be reviewed prior to acceptance due to the special liabilities they may pose for Hill Top Preparatory School. Examples of gifts which will be subject to review include gifts of real property, gifts of personal property, and gifts of securities.
