Giving Policies & Procedures

Hill Top Preparatory School’s Board of Trustees, Administration and staff solicit current and deferred gifts from individuals, corporations, and foundations to secure the future growth and mission of the school. We appreciate donors’ consideration of any gift to Hill Top Prep. In all matters involving current and prospective donors, the interest of the donor is important to us. The above policies and guidelines govern the acceptance of gifts by Hill Top Prep and provide guidance to prospective donors and their advisors when making gifts to the school. The provisions of these policies apply to all gifts to Hill Top Prep for any of its programs. Gifts will be accepted at the discretion of the Board of Trustees and/or the Headmaster. Gifts may be declined for any reason.
