What is the Neurodiversity Success Center?

The Neurodiversity Success Center (NSC) was created to expand access to specialized support for neurodiverse students—both at Hill Top and in the broader community. When a formal needs assessment revealed a significant gap in services, Hill Top’s leadership team acted swiftly to meet that need.

Housed on our campus, the NSC offers evidence-based programming like PEERS® social skills training, executive function coaching, and college advising for neurodiverse adolescents and young adults. Sessions are held in the evenings to support students beyond the school day, and virtual options are available.

By partnering with experienced providers and removing common barriers to access, the NSC empowers more students to gain the skills and confidence they need to thrive in school, relationships, and in life.

Unlike some other programs, PEERS® breaks down complex social interactions into manageable steps, teaches skills based on the behavior of socially successful individuals, and emphasizes the generalization of these skills to different life settings, including school and work.
