Today’s After School Activities
Cross Country Practice- pick up at 5:00 pm
Reminders:
A Cross Country Meet against Del Val Friends will take place at Hill Top next Tuesday, October 19. All are welcome to stay after school to cheer on the team!
The second of the three finalists will visit our campus this Tuesday, Oct. 12th. Mr. Needham asked that students remember to take the time to welcome our guest to Hill Top.

Visiting Families
Today, we will welcome two families who are interested in the 8th grade for next year.
Esports Field Trip
Mr. Costa will take a group of students to Metro Esports in Warminster today at 3.20 pm.
Dorm Field Trip
The dorm guys had a great time yesterday at Lytle’s Corn Maze, Pumpkin Patch and Farm! Thanks to the dorm folks for decorating Hill Top with festive pumpkins.
Bingo & Ice Cream Social 10/23
All are welcome to participate in the Bingo and Ice Cream Night on Saturday, October 23rd from 6 to 8 pm in the Mansion. Masks required while inside. Ice cream will be served outside on the patio. RSVP by contacting: [email protected]. See Flyer attached.
Summer Trip of 2022!
The destination of this summer’s trip is to London! The trip is open to current 9th through Post Grad Students. An email has been sent home from Mr. Van Dyke. If you have any questions, please contact Mr. Van Dyke at [email protected].
Grand Canyon Trip
The science department is happy to offer a student trip to the Grand Canyon for 9th graders through Horizon students this April! Look for an email that was sent home with more trip details.

FUN FRIDAY: Night of Terror, October 22
Our first official Fun Friday trip of the year is here! Every October, we visit an area haunted house for an evening of fun Halloween scares. This year, we're going to be visiting NIGHT OF TERROR at Creamy Acres Farm in Mullica Hill, NJ.
The cost of this trip is $60. It includes admission to all 4 haunted houses at Creamy Acres Farm, bus transportation to and from the farm, pizza, and chaperoned supervision. Below you will fill out a Google Form to register.
Our scheduled time at the haunts is 6:30pm. Students will remain on campus after school on October 22 for a Halloween movie and some pizza. Then the bus will pick us up and take us to the farm. We expect to be back at Hill Top for pickup by 9:30pm.

The Annual Spooktacular Halloween Sleepover is back!
This event for 5th-8th grade students will be held from 6 pm on Friday, October 29 through 9 am, Saturday, October 30. The evening will feature a campfire cookout for dinner (hot dogs, chips, and s'mores), games, spooky stories, a movie, and snacks galore. We will also serve breakfast (pancakes and cereal) in the morning.
Because we are still in the midst of the Covid-19 pandemic, we will be taking several precautions:
• We will do as much outside as possible, so students can distance and be comfortable unmasking if they wish.
• When we are inside, students (and faculty chaperones) will wear a mask.
• Students will be able to unmask for sleeping, but we will separate beyond 6ft and place air purifiers into our sleeping areas.
• If you would rather your student not spend the night, there is an option to pick up on the evening of Oct. 29 after the bulk of our activities.
